Refund policy

We take no payments on this site

There is no checkout on locomint.io and no card is ever entered here, so there is no charge from us to refund.

The free API plan

The hosted API's free plan costs nothing and needs no card. What it includes each month is on the pricing page.

Runs on Apify

Paid use is bought on the Apify Store. Apify runs our listings, charges for them per result at the price shown on each listing, and bills you. Charges and refunds for those runs go through Apify's own process, which is set out in Apify's legal documents.

A run that returned bad data

Write to info@locomint.io with the run ID and what was wrong with the output. We will look at the run and tell you what we found.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits a right you have by law.
